J Fitzpatrick And William Abraham Trunk Show At Leffot

On Thursday (Nov 21) Leffot hosted Justin Fitzpatrick of The Shoe Snob and J. Fitzpatrick Footwear for a trunk show.  This much I knew before going.  I was rather excited for the show, as it is always a pleasure to see both Justin and his shoes, which I believe are an excellent buy.  He walks a fine line between unique and ‘out there’ better than any other ready to wear brand under $1,000 I can think of.  Although his line is still young, I am quite excited to see where he goes with things.

What I did not know was that Bram Frankel and his new sock line William Abraham were also going to be on display.  Unfortunately, William Abraham has yet to properly launch, so the website is not up.  But in short time things will be in working order.  The socks are some of, if not the, nicest socks I have ever seen.  The styling of them exudes refined taste and the materials and construction is truly top shelf (as they should be, I believe the socks start at $55/pair).  Needless to say, I look forward to the line launching and hope to cover the brand in more depth in the near future.

But honestly, my words mean little, check out the goods for yourself.

  1. Hi Justin, great post as usual. Leffot surely has some great shoes and socks although I am wondering about their pricing. It is a global marketplace now and they are asking $700 US dollars for Churchs consul whereas Herrings are £300 & free. Worldwide postage! I assume Leffot are charging for international postage. The socks look good although $55 plus postage is not all that attractive either. Personally I have found Marcoliano merino wool socks available here in Australia for about $35 to be very good. Also available in NYC at Saks for similar. Regards, Geoff.

  2. I’m amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s equally educative and interesting, and without a
doubt, you have hit the nail on the head. The problem is
an issue that too few people are speaaking intelligently about.
Now i’m very happy I came across this in my search
    for something relating to this.
