To flare or not to flare one’s tassels, that is the question.
I have often wondered what tassel loafers would look like with the tassels flared, however, I was not sure if I would like the end result. I had never actually seen it done until I saw a recent post on Unabashedly Prep. The aesthetic of the flared tassel was immediately judged to be superior. It gives the shoe more character and depth as well as a nice splash of rebellion.
And yes, the front shoe is out of focus for a reason.

How did you flare the tassels? I’ve tried to but its not working. I’d appreciate the help.

I pulled, stretched and pressed them out to flare. It took a few times to get them to flare.
