Labor Day, being the unofficial end of summer, is always a sad day for me. For I wish summer could be perpetual and not just a season. Luckily, one can maintain a summer state of mind year round. Few things are better than those that summer is ripe with: Nantucket, linen, seersucker, girls in sundresses, beaches and warm weather. Wherever you find yourself this weekend I hope that you feel that ‘this must be the place’ for you.
