Atelier du Bracelet Parisien is one of the coolest and most unique stores I have ever been in. It is located right off of Rue Saint Honore. ABP’s line of work is small handmade custom leather goods, mainly watchbands, however they do phone cases, iPod/iPad covers, belts and whatever else you could want. The store and workshop are one in the same, there is a large countertop used for sales purposes and to show the various leathers that functions to divide the room between the sales area and the workshop. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to take pictures inside the store so I do not have any pictures to show of the products, but I urge you to check out the website at http://www.abp-paris.com/.
The best way to describe ABP is to say this: I have never before seen so many types and colors of leather before in all of my life. Not just in one place but collectively. Calf, alligator, stingray, ostrich and shark are the types that I remember but this list is by no means comprehensive. I also believe I saw each leather in every color of the rainbow. It was beautiful and breathtaking. All leathers except for alligator and stingray are 200 euro for a watchband, alligator and stingray are 650, I believe. If you are any type of legitimate watch fan this store is a must visit, even if you are not it is still worth a stop by.
